Nominations for the Best Running Stores of 2025 are Open!

The Best Running Stores awards program honors run specialty stores for their dedication to their communities, staff, and innovation. An extensive evaluation process, including a secret shopper visit to the top 100 stores, assesses factors like mentorship opportunities, sustainability efforts, inclusivity, and overall customer experience. 

The 2025 winners will be celebrated at the Industry Awards Dinner on December 4 at The Running Event in San Antonio, TX.
SUBMIT A NOMINATION

Overview

Nominated stores undergo a rigorous, thoughtful evaluation process. When nominations close and evaluation forms are reviewed, the top 100 stores are selected and then secret shopped. Through a combination of these scores, the 2025 Best Running Stores and Store of the Year will be determined. For more information about the evaluation process or criteria, please contact us.

Timeline

  • Nominations Deadline: Friday, March 21, 2025
  • Winners notified: Thursday, July 15, 2025
  • Reception: After honoring all 2025 winners, the Store of the Year will be announced during the Industry Awards Dinner Thursday, December 4 at The Running Event in San Antonio, TX.
