As part of the Consumer Insights and Market Intelligence (CIMI) function at Wolverine Worldwide, we use a strategic framework called Hindsight, Insight & Foresight. Within each pillar, we have created unique and proprietary approaches that enable brands like Saucony to make consumer-centric and fact-based decisions throughout the seasonal process—from product development right through to sell-in.
