Jacob Sapienza is the Floor Manager and head trainer for Running Lab, 2025’s Best Running Store recipient from Brighton, Michigan. Jacob is able to use his run-specialty and education background to develop the Training Plan Running Lab uses for all new employees. Jacob helps foster a healthy learning culture in the store by encouraging teamwork, communication, and continuous growth. Through hands on training and mentorship, Jacob works hard to ensure each team member has the proper tools to provide the best customer service.
