Jochen is the Head of Product Creation at CEP. Together with his team he is responsible for the global product management as wells as the product development of CEP Activating Compression Sportswear. Since the founding of CEP he has been the specialist for compression in sports, passionate for the technology as well as physiological effects of compression sportswear. He has followed the evolution of sports compression from the 1st hour starting already 17 years ago – he really knows everything about the brand. His network consists of numerous scientists, doctors and athletes, driving the success of CEP products. Born and raised in Germany, Jochen studied business administration at the University of Bayreuth finishing with a Master Degree in Economics. After that he started working for the medi company. When CEP was founded in 2005, he was one of the first to work for the sports compression brand. He is a recreational runner, having great passion for sports and medical related compression products as well as the technology of medi compression.
