Sarah Bowen Shea is a mother runner of three high-schoolers who lives in Portland, Oregon. Along with Dimity McDowell, Sarah founded the virtual and in-person community called Another Mother Runner. Sarah is host of the popular Another Mother Runner podcast (which is coming up on its 400th episode!). Not surprisingly, Sarah is an avid runner: She’s completed 14 marathons, including qualifying for and running Boston twice.
