Year-Round Connections

The TRE Mentorship Program will facilitate meaningful relationships between run specialty professionals—from around the United States and internationally—to support peer-to-peer learning and professional empowerment.

How it works

Get started by submitting your information and filling out a brief questionnaire here.
After telling us what you would find most valuable in a partner, what you can offer within a partnership, your communication preferences, and more, our team will match you with a mentor/mentee. You’ll be paired with another run specialty professional at a comparable level who is facing similar day-to-day challenges.
The TRE team will facilitate an introduction with you and your mentor/mentee—and will help you navigate the relationship throughout the year.
