Upper Quadrant’s interactive session focused on email, paid social media, web experience, influencers, and customer journey. Attendees learned the “why” behind their digital marketing, with updated insights on ROI tracking and metrics, and how it can help reach more customers more often. Put your Best Retail Foot Forward in 2022:  A Store Reset and New Merchandising Ideas

After focusing on so many other challenges of managing a business, it was easy to let visual merchandising take a backseat. With customers excited to shop in person again, it’s a great time to step back and assess how well a retail environment is functioning from a layout and design perspective and also to take a look at how effectively products are being displayed. The main objectives of the workshop were:
