Put your Best Retail Foot Forward in 2022:  A Store Reset and New Merchandising Ideas

After focusing on so many other challenges of managing a business, it was easy to let visual merchandising take a backseat. With customers excited to shop in person again, it’s a great time to step back and assess how well a retail environment is functioning from a layout and design perspective and also to take a look at how effectively products are being displayed. The main objectives of the workshop were:
  • Explore foundational merchandising and retail layout concepts that will be a starting point for effective store displays
  • Inspire retailers to refresh their space and help them look at things with a new perspective
  • Send retailers back to their store with specific ideas and tools to make immediate impacts on visual merchandising and store presentation
