Amy leads OIA’s Sustainable Business Innovation team, helping outdoor industry companies embed sustainability into everyday business and drive measurable impact reduction in their operations and supply chains. Prior to the OIA, Amy led sustainability strategy and collaborative projects for clients such as Nike, Walmart, and the Sustainable Apparel Coalition. She is passionate about the power of business to drive collective impact, and leading whole-system collaborations to tackle sustainability challenges that no single company alone can solve. Outside the office, Amy enjoys running the vast Boulder trail system and exploring Colorado with her husband and two young daughters.
