Grace Norman

Grace Norman is a two-time Paralympic gold medallist, world champion triathlete, and registered nurse who embodies the 2XU ethos of multiplying human performance. Born with congenital constriction band syndrome, resulting in the amputation of her left leg below the knee, Grace refused to see limits, becoming the first female amputee to podium at the Ohio high school track and field championships. At just 18, she stormed onto the global stage in Rio 2016, winning the inaugural women’s PT4 Paratriathlon gold and a 400m bronze. She followed it with silver in Tokyo 2020 and reclaimed gold in Paris 2024, along with five World Triathlon Para Championship titles and undefeated seasons in 2022 and 2023. Balancing elite sport with a nursing career, Grace is a fierce advocate for parasport visibility and gender equality, using her platform to inspire athletes and communities alike.
