Gregg Frederick, CSE, MBA is the owner, principal consultant, executive coach, and trainer of G3 Development Group, Inc. in Windermere, FL. Gregg is a former VP of Sales for a $2bn brand, with an MBA in Global Leadership Development from The University of Nebraska\Gallup Leadership Institute, a B.S. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and has certifications in Neuroscience in Business (MIT\Sloan), The Peak Performance Mindset, and is a Certified Sales Executive. Gregg is a board member of Sales and Marketing Executives International and mindset trainer to various Olympic, National, and World Champion athletes.
