Holly has over 25 years of experience in the field of visual merchandising and retail design. Her vast skills are spread across numerous industries including specialty running, specialty cycling, outdoor, active apparel, women’s fashion and collegiate bookstores. Before starting 3 Dots Design, Holly consulted in the bicycle industry where she oversaw all aspects of retail design and visual merchandising for Giant Bicycle, as they introduced their new retail program in the United States and globally.

In addition to her work with Giant Bicycle, Holly has designed and merchandised for such brands as Pearl Izumi Shimano, Fleet Feet, Specialized Bicycle Components, Electra Bicycle, Cervelo, Moving Comfort, Club Ride and Hind Sportswear, as well as a vast number of specialty run and bike retailers across the country. Recent design projects for 3 Dots Design include remodeling the Fleet Feet Flagship retail store in Carrboro, NC and working closely with Specialized Bicycle Components on various retail design projects across the country. Holly lectures on merchandising and has been a key-note speaker at a number of sportswear industry and merchandising events. She also leads retail design seminars and trains retail staff on visual merchandising techniques.

In her spare time, Holly can be found riding her bike across the country, trail running around her Boulder, CO home or preparing for the World Guacamole Championships that she has hosted for over 13 years.
