Josh is the third generation President of the ERHCo Inc., a holding company of 6 Shoe Mill shoe stores started by his grandfather in 1978, as well as Burch’s and Footwise shoe stores. Josh has expanded into the wholesale business distributing and operating the US operations of ZIERA and Django & Juliette shoe brands. Josh was a part of the NSRA’s Next Gen program for over 10 years and served as committee chair.
