Kiera Smalls is an entrepreneurial leader and community builder dedicated to expanding access and opportunity through innovation, strategic partnerships, and high-impact initiatives. She serves as the Executive Director of the Running Industry Diversity Coalition (RIDC), a national nonprofit that drives greater access, inclusion, and representation across the sport and business of running. Her leadership spans nonprofit, startup, corporate, and civic arenas.
