A proud “middle to back of the pack-er,” Monica Morant is a runner, triathlete, ultra runner, community builder and steward of the land, currently serving as Regional Sales Director for the West Coast at On Running. Although Monica did not grow up running from a young age, she can say that running quite literally saved her life and launched her career. From finishing her first marathon in 2000 at the age of 29 to coaching over 1000 folks to run their first marathon, Monica knows first hand what an immense impact running can have on both physical and mental health as well as community building. With over 20 years of experience in the Running Industry from Running Coach to Tech Rep/Tech Rep Manager to Athlete Manager to Run Specialty Sales Rep to Sales Director, Monica is committed to not only growing and diversifying the Running Industry as we know it but to foster and elevate the communities that our retailers must aim to serve.
