Robyn Goby is Fleet Feet’s Vice President of Development and longest tenured corporate employee. Her career with the organization began 26 years ago with a position as a part time outfitter, which quickly evolved into a staff position at the national headquarters. Robyn left for brief stints in the marketing departments at New Balance and Saucony, after which she returned to become Fleet Feet’s director of marketing. 

In 2011, Robyn took leadership of Fleet Feet’s franchise development. Since then the organization has added more than 100 locations. These days, Robyn continues to seek out prospective store owners, conversion candidates, potential acquisitions and Fleet Feet store employees looking to operate their own stores. She also determines strategies to develop specific markets and oversees national events and conferences. Her main goal—brand building.

Robyn is originally from Connecticut and attended Brandeis University where she was All-American in the 400 meters and still holds the school record of 55.93. Robyn currently lives in Carrboro, North Carolina with her husband Scott, their son Michael, and the family’s beloved dog, Bear Larson.
