Sam is the Community Lead at Pacers Running and a PhD Student studying education. Sam is a former swimmer turned avid runner and triathlete! He oversees community activations and works with brands and partners on integrating marketing and promotion and event logistics. He also leads the development of educational initiatives like training programs for our community runs and Learn to Run program. He brings over a decade of work in coaching and community athletics and education to his work. Sam found running as an adult and brings a unique perspective to fostering access and education in the sport. He has previously worked with Girls on the Run of South Louisiana, USA Swimming, and several school district athletic departments.
