Walking, hiking, running, and going to the gym are among the most accessible forms of movement — yet barriers remain, especially for women 18–34 who are new to movement or navigating underserved environments. In partnership with On, the RIDC is leading a community-centered research project on the lived experiences, motivators, and challenges of women in movement.
This panel will share early findings and feature community leaders discussing what’s working, what isn’t, and how the running industry can collaborate to build inclusive, sustainable pathways into movement.
