Registration Now Open for The Running Event 2024

TRE 2024 welcomes the run and outdoor specialty industry to an exciting conference and trade show

PORTLAND, Maine (July 16, 2024) –  The Running Event (TRE), the leading run and outdoor specialty retail conference and trade show in North America, opens registration for this year’s event, which will take place November 19-21 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, TX.

TRE 2024 Highlights:

• Educational Program: Sessions will cover leadership and executive insights, economics and market trends, advanced technology and applications, community building, and more.

• Exhibit Hall: The show floor will feature hundreds of market-leading specialty brands such as adidas, ASICS, Brooks, HOKA, KEEN, New Balance, Nike, On, and Saucony.

• Switchback at TRE: Returning for its third year, the outdoor-focused expansion will unite outdoor brands and retailers and feature exhibitors like Patagonia, Outdoor Research, Black Diamond Equipment, LOWA Boots, and Teva.

• Networking Opportunities: On-and-offsite events including the Indie 5K, Welcome Reception, Trail Cleanup, and more will foster connections and relationship building.

• Industry Awards Dinner: The 2024 Industry Awards Dinner will honor this year’s award recipients as well as recognize the 2024 Best Running Stores, which includes naming the Store of the Year.
