Glen Kamps is the most senior employee at America’s oldest run specialty store, Dick Pond Athletics in suburban Chicago. Since starting at Dick Pond Athletics in 1985 as the first employee hired by the Dick Pond, Kamps has sold hundreds of thousands of running shoes at schools, track meets, from a van down by the river, and on the retail floor. He is one of one.
