Jamie Hunt is a former world’s #3 rank triathlete with over 20 years’ experience as a textile engineer and a respected fabric innovator. Always focused on new and better products, Mr. Hunt, co-founded the athletic clothing brand 2XU in 2005 and led its product innovation for over 10 years which enabled its eventual sale to LVMH in 2018 at an evaluation of 650 million USD. During his tenure at 2XU, Mr. Hunt was frustrated by the lack of adoption of sustainable innovations by the industry. In 2021, Mr. Hunt founded, Pressio athletic apparel, to bring the next generation of sustainability to the sports market. Through Mr. Hunt’s innovative and technical ideas, Pressio is now able to provide world class performance products to athletes and to show that you do not need to decrease a fabric’s performance to increase its level of sustainability. Mr. Hunt’s goals are products that are as valuable to the athlete as they are to the earth.
