I am the sole owner of Get Fit, which opened in 2009 in Amarillo, TX. 

I am also an avid runner who enjoyes trails as well as road running. Some of the mantras I use to get me through rough patches are: “pain is temoporary – pride is forever” and  “just keep putting one foot in front of the other”

I am most proud of my college age triplets who attend three differnet universities in three states and will soon be adulting 🙂
