Lauren Kobylarz (she/her) is the Executive Director of Students Run Philly Style, a nonprofit mentoring program empowering youth through distance running in Philadelphia, PA. Lauren brings her experience as a volunteer mentor with SRPS to the role, as well as experience in youth development program design, evaluation, volunteer management and communications. At SRPS, Lauren leads the development of mission-driven strategies, community partnerships, organizational growth and financial stability. She is currently a national fellow with Feedback Labs’ Equity & Feedback Fellowship, supporting nonprofit leaders in listening and acting on feedback to advance equity in their work. An RRCA certified coach, Lauren has completed 16 marathons and is passionate about introducing new runners to accomplishing their goals and the unlimited possibilities beyond each finish line. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
