Despite women powering the growth of the sport, fewer than 20% of new running apparel brands are led by women. In this session, we’ll explore some of the women working to change this, starting businesses rooted in serving women and nonbinary runners and rethinking how the sport is presented from a style perspective. We’ll discuss the challenges they’ve overcome to build their brands, the problems they are trying to solve for consumers, and the opportunities to help reshape the industry and better serve all runners.
